They contacted the driver and he had to come back to get me, but I had to walk to another bus stop to be picked up. Mistakes can be made with this company. But they remedied the situation and I got to the airport in time for my flight. Just make sure you call them to reconfirm your pickups and drop offs for peace of mind.
