Super recommendable!!
Easy to identify the bus outside the Airport. They dropped me in my accommodation.The bus is comfortable. Everything was accordingly to my Booking .

They forgot to pick me up
Because I had moved to another property for the last day of my holidays in Airlie Beach, and had informed the bus company of this fact, and they had noted it down in their system. They still forgot to pick me up. Luckily I rang the office when I saw the bus drive pass me and didn’t stop. They contacted the driver and he had to come back to get me, but I had to walk to another bus stop to be picked up. Mistakes can be made with this company. But they remedied the situation and I got to the airport in time for my flight. Just make sure you call them to reconfirm your pickups and drop offs for peace of mind.

Pretty good on time
