Hot pools Tauranga
We loved ❤️ the hot pools We were on a 2 week cruise around New Zealand, this was one of the most enjoyable things we did. We love the Mount.

Excellent facilities and customer service
From the moment we arrived til the time we left, my husband had a wonderful hassle free experience visiting the Mount Hot Pools. We had a swim in public area first, and even though there was a lot of people there - it didn’t feel crowded as the pools are well spaced out. We finished off our time in the private pool, which was spacious and just right for 2-3 people. We interacted with the staff who were always courteous and friendly. Excellent experience!!

Review of visit on Thursday 21 November 2024
We enjoyed out visit. However there are a few things to note that we didn't find satisfactory. The attitude and information from the receptionist when we arrived. Apparently when we were waiting for the private pool to be opened we were given conflicting information on the process from the pool attendant. We were first time visitors to the private pools and felt like we weren't valued at all as customers. It was too much trouble to give us any information at all! The allowing of swimmers to jump into the pool areas even tho they were asked not to. They continued to do so with the pool attendants looking on. Not a good experience to have someone take a running jump into the pool and land near you

Private Pool
Receptionist very friendly, private pool was excellent temperature and very pleasant clean area. Didn’t use the main area.
