From Polynesian Spa Rotorua - Pavilion Pools
Thank you for your review. We advertise that we close at 11pm. This means our doors are locked at 11pm and all patrons should be off site by then as we start emptying and cleaning all our pools at this time. We will be asking guests to leave the pools and make their way to the changing rooms to meet this requirement which is usually around 10:40 to 10:45 pm.

Nice experience
Friendly staff, arrived a bit early and they let us in anyway, access to 1 section of the pools only but probably was enough. About 6 in total. Nice experience, good Changing facilities and lockers ( need to pay for lockers but can use non secure containers for free). Good value for money

we arrived at 10am on a weekday very relaxing , quiet. not many people lovely soak right by the lake side

The mornings offer amazing views over Sulphur Bay, especially with cooler mornings and the surreal streamy vistas. Hope to have you back in the future.

Great hot pools, only issue was they closed early than advertised, so only got limited time to enjoy them
