Amazing experience and service
The Forest Loop with an e-bike is an absolute must! Electric bike Rotorua was very kind to pass us backpacks and gloves for the day.

OK but…
This would be fine if you were an experienced mountain biker but we weren’t so it wasn’t easy. He rushed through the workings of the bike and I was a little perplexed at the end of the introduction Plus, it turned out that the bike I had booked was too big for me but unfortunately I didn’t realize this until we were some distance away.

Hi Lynette, Thankyou for your feedback. The bikes you booked were indeed full suspension mountain bikes, as described in the offer. While our discounted Bookme offer is for specific sizes of full suspension; we do have other sizes, cruiser style explorer ebikes, and hardtail ebikes if you book directly. All rental bikes show a size guide height range to assist in your selection of size prior to booking. The other bikes are not promoted through Bookme as a discounted offer. Despite this, we hear that you may have had difficulty with the bike size. If you had contacted us when you realised the issue, we might have been able to assist you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to operators for help during future activities as we are here to ensure you have a positive experience. We also have maps available at our rental location and on our website to help you choose suitable routes for your skill level and experience. Most riders make a bit of a plan before arriving as we are fortunate to have so many options here in Rotorua! The maps are there for those who prefer a freestyle approach to their hire, with our phone number sticker on the bikes for any help needed along the way. Hire your E bikes from here!
I highly recommend hiring your E bikes from Electric bike Rotorua. The staff are very friendly. The shock pressure was adjusted for our weights on pickup. Since the park has 200km of trails, the E bike allowed us to explore much more of the park compared to a few days before when we hired non E bikes...we were able to get to the amazing lookout and the best tracks like Te poaka (YouTube this track!) and Eagle VS shark. We hadn't ridden E bikes before but it makes such a huge difference. I had wondered about hiring normal bike+ shuttle rides or E bike ... and E bike is the way to go!!

E bike Hire Forest Loop
Staff were so helpful when hiring the bike and we had so smuch fun on the forest loop track, would definitely do it again :)
