Wonderful exciting experience
Very great price in bookme. The jetboat driver is very skillful. Not scary. Really recommend young people and brave old people to have a try!

Amazing!
We chose the perfect day to go on this jet boat trip. Wonderful weather! A great way to see the amazing scenery on Lake Wakitipu. A great driver too, to add a bit of spice to the experience!

Ride didn’t happen due to low numbers
Booked jet boat ride but due to insufficient numbers boat didn’t depart now to get my refund. Wonder how long that will take

Terrible customer service
Our jet boat ride was canceled 35 minutes before it started due to lack of people signing up for it. Very disappointing experience given we had planned our day around it as well as the lack of customer consideration given it was cancelled with so little notice, if we had been notified early we wouldn’t have wasted our day or would have tried to get onto an earlier session time.
