So much fun!
Our second time renting these e-scooters and a friendly service yet again from the team. The scooters are great fun and easy to operate, with batteries that last around 4 hours & free replacement batteries if you need them. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Gave away our pre paid scooters
Pre paid and pre booked our scooters. When we went to pick up they had been given away by the owner of the shop. The worker processed a refund and recharged us for two scooters for the four of us. One of the scooters didn’t work and needed to be fixed before we could even leave with them. The scooters were not fully charged and we barely made it back to Oneroa despite how little we had them for. Pretty disappointing all round, the workers were apologetic for the owners poor customer service. Won’t be using them again.

I had a very positive experience. They were very easy to talk to and it was no drama at all. Would definitely recommend. old do it again!w

The service is excellent! If you run out of power, you can go back to the shop and get a new battery, and I cycled all day, and at the end of the day I still had 55% charge, which was really good！
