fast, amazing and beautiful
The air port is easy to find ,or bus transfers, there's a cafe there, the parking is free, the pilot was very informative on the ground and in the air, my wife and I flew over the heart reef area , whitehaven beach and seen rays, fish schools, coral out crops/ bomies, the plane flight was great and the islands , are so many an aerial view is the only way to see the vast beauty, size, and shapes all at once

The Operator cancelled the tour
I booked the flight from book me and the operator called me and cancelled on me which ruined my day. Further I dropped a mail to book me but dint get any confirmation on the refund and instead being asked for a review. this is so unfair and unprofessional. When the operators are fully booked why does it show available on book me website?

Hi, so sorry to hear that you were not able to fly with us. unfortunately in your case there was a system error where the flight was actually over booked. this happens when 2 bookings are placed at the exact same time. we do our best to organise another flight but we were completely sold out. your refund is processed and should be in your account very shortly. hope you enjoyed your holiday and hopefully we can see you again in the future.

Whitsunday Islands and Heart Reef Flight
This was absolutely amazing a day we loved every minute. Our Pilot was very knowledgeable and he told us the story of each of the local islands. We flew over Hayman, Daydream, Hamilton and the smaller islands. We flew past the heart reef twice and white haven beach twice. Our Pilot was very friendly and the whole trip was a great adventure!
