kenichi karunagoda said... we came on time at 11:45 and showed the asian staff (tong) my email to confirm we were at the right spot. and then she said to wait in the long queue so we waited and when finally it was our turn she said that we were too late. the ship departed as soon as it was our turn. she then started lying that she was calling my name but we were in the line waiting. i showed her my email so she can see my name and she did not admit her mistake. so disgusting. the number was not picking up so we had to go home. i need a refund or a rebooking asap
