  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the weather or anything else out of your control) you will be entitled to a full refund.

    Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to booking date may be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made after this time will not receive a refund.

    -Rescheduling is possible if done more than 7 days to booking date. After this period, rescheduling is not available.

    -Late or no-show passengers will not receive a refund.

    -We guarantee whale sightings. In the unlikely event that a whale is not spotted on your cruise, you will receive a complimentary return trip valid for 12 months. Note: This is subject to availability. Please contact the provider for more information.

    -You may experience seasickness. It is strongly recommended you eat lightly and take travel sickness tablets prior to cruise.

Sydney cruising

Really enjoyed the cruise, had a stunning day for it. Comfortable seats, friendly knowledgeable staff. Saw a few whales but not alot of activity however that’s how it is sometimes. Would absolutely do this cruise again.

Awesome crew!

Sea was a little crazy, loads of people got seasick. But to be fair, it’s not in the hands of the company. They try to give an opportunity to check out whales throughout every season if possible. Crew was very very helpful and caring! My wife got seasick (next level!) and they helped her getting safe on the shore.

Whale are quite far

For today, the whales were quite far from our boat, and it was difficult to fully enjoy the experience. I understand that whale sightings can vary, but I had hoped for a closer encounter based on the expectations set by the tour’s description. This distance made it challenging to truly appreciate the majesty of the whales, and I left the tour feeling somewhat disappointed. Given this, I would like to inquire if there is any possibility of receiving a refund or perhaps an opportunity to join another tour where the conditions might allow for a better experience.
