Our guide Bob (Les) was excellent. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved Sydney zoo, The Blue Mountains and cruise. Definitely a great value trip, highly recommend
It was a great day out to the stunning Blue Mountains, lead by the very knowledgeable and informative tour guide Les! Well-paced trip. Our first day in Sydney and very close to getting lost when Les called to check on us and direct us to the pick-up point, much appreciated. We got to see a lot of the main attractions and the ferry ride back to Circular Quay was a nice way to end the very memorable day. Highly recommend!
Hayden was harrasing my mom and I throughout the journey as we refused to swap seats with other tourists when he approached us. I believe we should be respected for our choice since we were not causing any trouble or harm to anyone. It was disappointing as he was verbally bullying us and made us very uncomfortable throughout the train ride. As tourists we were unsure how to process all of that until having thoughts about it overnight and consulted my sister who is a local here. Hopefully this review is taken into serious consideration and appropriate actions to be taken.
The overall of the experience is very positive, Les is a great guide is so passionate on what he's doing, his knowledge about nature is very broad. The company didn't have any cruise company hired to take us so instead of 45 minutes minutes cruise, we got $10AUD cash back to catch a Ferry. That last part was disappointed
