Terrible customer service

shaunahm said... They took my booking and payment for a tour on Christmas Day, when they aren’t even open on Christmas Day: they didn’t reply to my email and when I callled the women laughed at the situation. I organised some tours to try to fit this one in as it is a gift for my son’s birthday but they were booked out because they took other bookings first rather than reply to me. The only tour they could offer was in a day when my husband had the car and they refused to provide transport to get us there. A complete waste of our time trying to fix their error and a very disappointed child at teh end of it. Only one star as I can’t give zero.
