Not great for a young family

Jenni said... We got off to a really bad start with this activity - no email instructions, as promised in the booking. We went to the start location as directed and they were unable to help. Company didn't answer their phone for over an hour. By then our kids were already over it. Kids 6 and 8 were too young. Poor service meant this wasn't worth the money.
