Fabulous place for Family’s. Had such an amazing time with my whanau Only down side was the changing room facilities is soo cramped and over crowded. No social distancing at all in there. Overall a great day for all
We went there in the middle of the afternoon in a rainy day, because of that there were only a few youngsters around, but the place is definitely family oriented. Water wasn't that hot, which is good for kids to stay a bit, there's also some pretty Maori sculptures around. The benches and little falls around the green hot pools are a treat for your back and legs and the staff is walking around all the time to help if something happen. Changing rooms and toilets could be cleaner but nothing major. P.s. The floor on the changing room is warm, which is a nice surprise when you get there and take your shoes off.
