Reach speeds of up to 200kph as you plummet above stunning snow-capped mountains and Lake Taupo, before floating back to the ground on a relaxing parachute ride. The beauty of tandem skydiving is that you don’t have to do a thing. Your experienced tandem master will walk you through every step of the way. We provide harnesses, safety goggles and jump suits, and even give you a free buff to wear during the jump, which is yours to take away. On arrival you will fill out a waiver form, then our friendly ground crew will run you through all of the available options. Once you have decided on your camera and altitude options it’s time to get geared up and meet your tandem master!
After a short safety briefing you, will board the plane, for a 10-minute scenic flight to altitude. Once at 9,000 ft the door will open and it’s time to jump! After exiting the plane you will freefall at speeds of 200kph for 30 seconds. At 5,000 ft your tandem master will deploy the parachute and you can catch your breath while taking in the stunning views of the Lake Taupo area. Once back on the ground it’s time for a high five - you did it!!
