Nadine Down-Broughton said... The stargazing was very informative with a small group it allowed for a good amount of time to view thru the telescope. Hotpools & facilities were amazing! Feedforward would be to showcase Aotearoa/NZ purakau/stories with correct pronunciation & info. Good attempt at including our stories but a gentle reminder to also uphold the mana of the purakau by using correct info. It's what makes us unquie, tourist & Maori will appreciate the cultural component. There are amazing purakau resources online now or ask local iwi if they can share with you their local stories. Even if you played a recording it would still uphold the mana of the people & whenua/land.
