(Flying at 4) On the day of flying, called at 11, and just a voice message that they are closed for the day and advice caller to contact travel agent for other arrangement. I can understand if they cancel due to bad weather or insufficient passenger (4 min. Participant for each flight). But if they just decided to not open for the day I'm sure they can at least advice me as soon as they make that decision, instead of letting the customer find out on the day midday. I couldn't find another place on bookme where I can book flights on the day, so we never went on the heli ride. Most disappointing service ever, and I'm not someone that really cares much about service, but they couldn't even deliver the basics. If you don't want your plan to end up like mine, I'd recommend to stay away.
