    Jessica Geraghty said... Went on this tour late in my trip, but still had a blast. Our tour host was absolutely amazing. made many jokes and explained everything, from the different wineries to the locations we passed. My mother and I had a slight issue with an owner of one of the wineries and when we mentioned this to our tour guide, while we were at our second stop, he reached out to his manager (i believe it was his manager, it was definitely someone higher up). She then reached out to us to explain and apologise on behalf of the winery. She did not have to do this by the way. we were very thankful for her reaching out and talking to us. When we got back on the bus, the tour guide also made sure that his manager had spoken with us and apologised for the inconvenience. They were all absolutely wonderful and made us feel extremely welcome, I would 100% go on this tour again and 100% recommend this tour for EVERYONE.
