The Luge is an all-weather activity. In the event of a weather closure, your voucher will be redeemable the following day. The same time conditions will apply. Please note that discount tickets are not refundable - in the event of weather closure you will be able to redeem at the same time on another day.

The Luge closing times vary depending on the time of year. The Luge only operates during daylight hours and closes as early as 5pm in winter and as late as 9pm in summer. Please be at the bottom of the Gondola at least 60 minutes before the Luge closes to complete your rides.
