We managed to book this on a stunning winter day. The flight was amazing showcasing the beautiful scenery, plenty of snow on top of Cecil Peak where we landed for photo and the farm tour was lovely even for a kiwi couple like us. The afternoon tea served was plentiful and delicious. Our trip back on the Earnslaw was the perfect end to a fabulous afternoon.
Really cheap deal ($260). We would not have paid more as the helicopter tour just lasted 25 min. The farm tour is really nice and includes feeding the animals, a super good delicious afternoon tea and two small demonstration with sheeps shaving and steering by dogs.
Great experience, friendly welcoming efficient staff. Loved the whole trip :-)
