Such a shame

Carol Banks said... I booked on book me and it said there were 12 places left. The booking accepted my payment and I received a confirmation booking. Later that day I received an email from the operator saying they were fully booked. We had originally book this day as the weather was due to be fine. We were offered the following day but it was raining heavily.
