Was just ok but could have been great

Barbara said... The experience was enjoyable but could have been wonderful. When you step on board, the staff take orders for food and drinks. We were told that once the food was ready, the boat would stop up river to collect it. We hadn't ordered food but this was absolutely fine with us until we went to pick it up and had to sit there for at least 20 minutes of our 90 minute cruise waiting for it which was very frustrating. Also, the sound system was very muffled and also, you couldn't hear it from outside the boat. My feedback would be to invest in a better sound system and transmit it to the bow of the vessel. Otherwise we enjoyed the scenery and what we did hear of the commentary.
