  • Great day but bad start

    Snorkel around the stunning Tangalooma Shipwrecks and check out the wrecks from our unique transparent kayaks!

    Kristy said... A great day of adventure and all the tour guides were fantastic. However it could have been a disaster, we arrived before our departure time at Maroochydore pickup point but the driver didn't show. We called the after hours number several times, finally got hold of someone and told them we were still waiting to be picked up. 45 mins later and several follow up calls on our end and we were told we could go another day (the driver left early without even calling us) but we couldn't do another day. Long story short, at our request they organised an Uber and we arrived just in time to catch the ferry to Moreton Island. Phone staff we spoke to were not very helpful at all, we had to keep calling back to find out what was happening, but tour guides were fantastic. Make sure you ring and double check pickup time, the other party at our pickup point were told 5.30am and our email (online booking) said 5.45am. Bad miscommunication and very stressful start for us. But to their credit we made it and had a great day.
