Discover Noosa River from a different perspective - this is more than just a Noosa ferry ride! Bring a few drinks, cruise the Noosa river and even park up on a sand back for a swim!
The Noosa River and Canal Cruise vessel is one of the only large vessels on the Noosa River that can dock on the sand! So why not avoid the crowds and cool off a swim in the turquoise waters.
Kick back and enjoy a complimentary beverage for the adults, whilst taking in the views, wildlife and local stories from our skippers.
We will then head to Noosa North Shore where you will disembark for a dip in the beautiful cool water and a frolic on the sand. Dip your toes in, bring a towel and swimmers for a dip or feel free to relax on the boat and keep sand free if you wish!
Please BYO all other beverages, we do not serve any onboard.
We cruise in all conditions, should the weather be inclement we will cruise up and through the Noosa Sound Canals.

We provide:
- Glassware and ice buckets
- Tea, coffee and biscuits
Catering by arrangement - contact Noosa River and Canal Cruises prior to travel if you wish to pre-order.
There is a small toilet on board but this is not suitable for wheelchair users
Departures - Please note
There are two departure points: ‘The Jetty’ 186 Gympie Tce, (Noosaville) and The Sofitel Hotel Jetty (Noosa Heads). Please select your departure point under "transport option" as you go through the checkout.
If departing from Noosaville -The Jetty - departs 12 noon, returns approx 3pm
If departing from Noosa Heads -The Sofitel Hotel Jetty - departs 12:30pm, returns approx 2.30pm
Our cruise commences after pick-up from Noosa Heads, so nobody misses out!
A round trip from Noosaville is approx. 3 hours
A round trip from Noosa Heads is approx. 2 hours
A trip departing one location and disembarking at another is approx. 2.5 hours

Was a great cruise, good value for money ,more comfy seats up top or some cushions would be an advantage..but all and all it was a lovely, peaceful, informative experience and we will be coming again with pur kids next time. Thanks fro a great time

Noosa River Canal sip and dip daytime cruise
What a wonderful day trip for the four of us to enjoy. Sun, excellent commentary about Noosa and its history, smooth sailing and a beach landing for lunch, a walk and swim. The water was brown with tannin after recent heavy rain but that’s nature! Would definitely recommend this as a great way to spend 3 hours of relaxation, laughs and total enjoyment.

Great value cruise

I'm sorry Sunil, that you were disappointed by the cancellation of your Daytime Cruise. Occasionally a cruise will be cancelled if minimum numbers are not reached. And although you were offered the option of a Sunset Cruise and an alternative date for a Daytime Cruise, you chose to receive a refund which has been processed.

Family day out
We had a great time with our family from all over Australia, it was a fantastic way to show them parts of Noosa that can only be seen by boat. The captain was very informative and a great host. We had plenty of room to setup a table and food and sat back to enjoy our day. Thank you for a great day.
