Where the locals go to get away from it all – Take a 4WD on a self guided tour to Noosa North Shore and spend the day exploring Double Island Point, the Coloured Sands and Double Island Point light house

Noosa North Shore is a destination in its own right, popular for great surf, fishing, swimming, horse riding or just chilling out on your own piece of paradise

Take the car ferry across the river from Tewantin and you’re about 15 minutes from the spectacular wilderness of Noosa North Shore, this is where you will find long endless stretches of white sand dwarfed by majestic dunes and stunning coastline. From here you can head 40km along the sandy beach to Double Island Point headland

Named by Captain Cook because from out at sea it appears to be two separate islands. Double Island Point is where many Noosa locals come to holiday. Its historic lighthouse offers spectacular ocean views and you can regularly see dolphins, whales, turtles, sharks and sting rays swimming by

• Sunscreen, water, camera
• Surfboards, SUP’s, sun umbrella’s any anything else you would like to use on your day out!

You are required to:

• Be a minimum of 25 years of age for driving
• Be responsible driving a 4WD on the sand – we will run you through techniques and hazards
• Pay for fuel you use (refuel vehicle on return)
• Able to pay a bond of ---- for hire

• Take vehicle for any extra day and make it a camping trip - see on way through to check out to add an additional day to your hire
