Great rafting experience, bad comms

Frank Jacobs said... Great tour on the Wairoa. Nice guides, skilled and some nice (and fishy) lunch afterwards. They charge $50 for 1 or 5 pictures. In the car I was shown them and was told it would be easy to get them (or buy). Follow-up on my mail was poor (basically: others are happy to pay $50 for a picture), so sad you think it’s weird. The trip was amazing, the after-care or comms pretty lousy. For me the reason to do another rafting/kayak adventure with another company.
