The operator of the boat/cruise was firstly rude regarding our kids, upon booking the tickets it was stated that child tickets were for 5 years old and over and 0-4 were Free. On my booking, I did inform them we will have 4 kids - all 4 and under. Tickets said 4 adults and 4 infants, but the operator while letting us on said so loudly aren't our kids way too old to be infants as if we were sneaking on older kids, everyone looked and it was embarrassing! Does he not know their pricing plan? Plus was rude regarding us bringing a pizza onboard saying don't take it inside because it'll stink up the boat, we were already informed nicely which part of the boat is food friendly but the operator just ruined the whole experience for us.
