Experience first hand the Fiordland rain forest when we disembark for a unique guided nature walk, only accessible by boat, to discover the beautiful Hidden Lakes.
On your return to the boat relax and enjoy a complementary tea/coffee, along with a homemade muffin, while taking in the ever-changing natural Tranquillity and serenity before we make our way back to Te Anau. Our boutique cruises have a maximum of 12 people so you can enjoy a personal cruise into the remoteness of the Fiordland National Park, a world heritage area, where unspoilt scenery will amaze you.
Lake Te Anau has unique geographic features, the 3 'Arms' of the Lake which extend on the Western side are in fact Inland Fiords, these Fiords are possibly the only Freshwater Inland Fiords in the world. Join us to learn more about the unique Fiords of Lake Te Anau!

Great experience
An excellent outing with Peter, who took us on a boat cruise on the beautiful lake and then a mini walk to a beautiful hidden spot, followed by tea and muffins. Perfect on a cold day.

Great Day out
Great day trip,our guide for the day Peter was really friendly .Great variety of experiences with the boat rtr and then the walk to Hidden Lakes .we had actually booked a more expensive fancy trip which got cancelled last min so we booked this one …absoutely no regrets .

An engaging experience
Visitors to the area often overlook Lake Te Anau. This cruise showed us what a gem it is. The lake views were spectacular, and the walk to Hidden Lake was a treat, accompanied by well informed commentary on the scenery. Peter, the skipper, is friendly and helpful, and the small-group nature of the cruise on a (our group numbered seven) added to the experience.
