Avoid this dining experience

Penny TOONE said... The boat was late. Once on board the boat was freezing cold. It was a birthday gift to my husband and he too was so cold. We sat on far left to the captain at front asked for doors to be closed and staff informed us it was the nature of the boat No one could take coats off. I told waitress and let her feel how cold I was and she agreed. My dinner was cold Eventually a fan heater 2 kw was moved closer to our table which helped just a little but the whole experience I would describe as terrible. I felt Unwell and so cold shivering. People should be informed that there is no heating before booking. I would never have booked had I known. I had 3 very think layers worn and winter coat yet shivering. Awful. I will never recommend or rebook
