• Duration

  Approximately 4-4.5hrs, including: driving to the launch site, setting up/packing down the balloon, the approx. 1hr flight, driving back to the meeting place and finishing off with breakfast.

  If you add CBD transfers on, the total duration is 6-6.5hrs as it is about a 50min drive each way.

  This package is wheelchair accessible, depending on availability. Please check with Global Ballooning Australia prior to booking to check availability

  The basket is about 1m high. We have foot holes in the side of the basket, as well as a step ladder to assist you in and out of the basket.

  
  

  Cancellation

  In addition to Bookme's standard cancellation fees terms and conditions apply as follows;

  • This package is refundable less a $25 admin fee per refund within the first 6 months. No refunds will be given for bookings held in our system longer than 6 months.
  • In the case of your flight being cancelled due to weather, you will have 12mths to rebook or can request a refund.
  • This package is transferrable to other passengers.
  • If your flight is cancelled, the breakfast will not take place. You can rebook the package as a whole.
  • If you'd like to cancel or move your booked flight date, please do so prior to 7 days before. Cancellations within 7 days and 48hrs of the flight date incur a $50pp fee.
  • There are no cancellations within 48hrs of the flight.
  • Your flight will be cancelled if minimum passenger numbers are not reached.

  
  

  Meeting Time

  We meet approximately 1.5hrs before sunrise. The pilot will advise the precise time the night before the flight via email, SMS and the Global Ballooning app (see your booking confirmation for full details).
