The booking experience was seamless and had prompt response from Bayplay team with help regarding the arrangements. Such a quaint location to visit on a bike through different terrains was a unique adventure for our group. 10/10 would recommend!
Hi Amey, thank you for your review. It was lovely meeting you for the self-guided bike ride experience. We hope to see you again soon for one of our other activities. Kind Regards Bayplay Customer Service Team
Easy to find office with helpful staff. The bikes were in good condition. We had a great time riding the bikes through the national park.
Hi there! Thank you so much for your review. We deeply appreciate this and are so glad to hear you had a wonderful experience. We hope to see you again on your next visit!
We weren’t given clear directions on how to get to the park (Italian girl) and the helmets we were given were pretty poor and didn’t really fit. She didn’t seemed to care much. Turns out it is quite a cycle to the start of the park. You can actually hire bikes much closer to the park once inside the park (once you have parked your car) But depends if you want to save some money or not. If you do, book here, if not, go directly to the main park car park (they also have e-bikes as well at that location). Also the confirmation was confusing. It said we could pick up at 11 And drop of at 3 but then the girl said we would be charged if we wanted a 4th hour.
Hi James, thanks for making contact following your cycling experience through Pt Nepean National Park. We have now updated the details on our online travel agents website as the hire is a 3 hour program apologies for the miscommunication. If you are ever back down and would like to have the experience again let us know as I'm sure we can win you back with the correct information and gear provided. Thanks Bayplay Adventure Tours
Bike tyres were not fully inflated. My bike didn't have a ring. Seat wasn't that comfortable. 3 hours hire is a little less time period to explore the park entirely. However, Pick up and drop off was smooth.
