Perfect Everything!!
This tour was the best tour Ive done in Australia. To tell you in more detail, we had a vegetarian, a vegan and a lactose free person, for who the tourguide Carla went above and beyond. The tourguide would also make sure the bus was tidy and clean every morning before getting back on the bus. She took a lot of care during the trip, yet was very organised and fun. We did so much during the trip and everything went so smoothly, whilst the tourguide had to organise a lot all the time. The tourguide was spontanious and would get the group to vote and we got to watch moonrise spontaniously. She also pre-paid for the photo's of the manta ray tour which were 150 dollars between 10 of us but needed to be paid in one go. She offered to pay it straight away so people would have no hassle with paying a 150 dollars up front, as backpackers might not have the money to do that. She was professional and would give us information about the area and also as people are so much into instagram, she would give us all these tips and tricks for the best pictures. Overall, the tour was amazing but having the best tourguide is what made everything even more better. Carla took care of the smooth organisation as well as the small extra things that people don't really notice normally (I did). Carla was positive and funny all the time, treated everybody equally, whilst having so much responsibility and working so hard for everyone. She really loves her job and everybody could tell. A big thank you to you Carla!
