Very disappointing

Angelica Ragusa said... The room was dirty with water bottles and rubbish in the stair wells and the room was dingy didn't look like a proper simulation. The ad included light refreshments which we didn't receive. We were double booked with another lady and the 'pilot' left it to us to figure out what to do... While 'instructing' my husband the pilot was on his phone messaging not paying attention. Was a little concerned when his friends then rocked up when a lady was due to have her session. Not very professional hubby was disappointed. Would not recommend to others.
