  • Not What I Expected

    Lorena Kononenko said... I booked the sea 3D session for my 7 yo daughter, however when the session started, other images started to show. Nothing to do with sea at all. My daughter was crying freaking out and I couldn't understand what was going on. It turned out you have to watch/interact with these other things until the sea part comes a long! My daughter didn't want to stay in the room and the guy couldn't speed up the process...We ended up changing for the 8 min flight over Gols Coast which was amazing! It would be good if you guys could tell customers before hand what the session is going to be about so we know what to expect! Ps. the staff was very pacient and flexible, and we are very happy that we could change the session type after all.
