Meeting Point: The Star Gold Coast, 8 Casino Drive, Broadbeach Island, Broadbeach 4218 - we will advise of a meeting time after booking
If you are unable to meet us at the Star Gold Coast we can provide pick up and drop off from central Gold Coast accommodation. Times vary according to the season but generally 30 minutes before sunrise. A complimentary pickup and return service is available for our passengers staying in local hotels and apartments. Your pick up time will be advised when you make your booking.

Flight cancelled
Rescheduled then had to cancel when weather not favourable. Disappointed but safety first.

No reply to solve the issue on missing photograph
We bought a photo package but after tour, no one contacted us or sent the photo folder link. We emailed but no one reply even till today - almost one month after the tour. Even we sent message via the official website, but still no reply. That’s why we only rate one star.

die anreize für mich, diese ballonfahrt zu buchen waren die fahrt an der küste (eine besonderheit, mit der die firma wirbt) und das erlebnis den sonnenaufgang vom balloon aus zu genießen. bekommen habe ich eine fahrt über ein landschaftlich nicht wirklich ansprechendes hinterland (ohne dass vom veranstalter auch nur ein wort über diese änderung verloren wurde) und dann noch 1,5 stunden nach sonnenaufgang (da bereits vor uns schon eine fahrt stattfand, und wir im bus die landung dieses ballons abwarten mussten. obwohl pilot und die übrige crew toll waren, war es nicht das was ich erwartet habe.
