Hi Lorenzo! Thank you for for taking the time to let us know you enjoyed your trip! We are so happy that you enjoyed K'gari, it is truly a slice of paradise we are excited to share with travelers. We have passed on your message to Benny also. We hope to see you back to visit K'gari with us in the future! Thanks, Dingo's K'gari Team
Very good experience. Amazing guide and views.
We enjoyed the tour as K‘gari is such a beautiful island. The stops we did were all really nice and we had enough time to chill out and go for a swim. The stops were planned in the best order matching the right weather (we went to the rainforest when it was raining and when the sun came out we spent time at lake McKenzie to go for a swim). Everyone of our group who wanted to drive the car was able to do so either on the beach or in the forest. BUT we think that our guide (Mick) had really bad communication skills. No one of the group did know where we are going next and how long the drive would be. As we stopped he vanished and was seen again when we left the spot and he never joined the group for some chatting. Another negative point was the food which was provided. It was enough that everyone got something (not really much), but in a group of 30 people it had to be more. The camp was alright, but pillows where not provided. It also wasn’t mentioned in the list of what to bring. For us it counts to the minimum of standard as we paid so much money for the tour.
Hi there, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent tour with us. Your insights and comments are incredibly valuable to our business and improving our overall guests experiences. We appreciate your thoughts and suggestions, which will be reviewed internally with our local operations team to try and enhance our tour offerings for future trips and guests. Thank you once again for choosing to travel with Dingos K'gari Adventures. We look forward to welcoming you back for another exciting trip in the future. Have a lovely day!
I was really disappointed in this trip. I had previously done a tour of fraser island and was really lookikg forward to it. The island itself is beautiful and the tour guide Jeff was absolutely brilliant/did everything he could to make the shambolic camp worth it. Despite advertising running showers, there are no working showers (the showers are in place but are not in working condition). There also was 1 portaloo for the entire camp (again, there was more there but they hadn't been emptied so weren't in use). The portaloo had no women's sanitary facilities so wasn't inclusive at all for anyone who has periods. We also weren't provided with pillows and there was not enough sleeping bags for everyone. The camp had such potential but it is clear the owners do not care about providing a decent service, whicj really is a shame. Would not advise going with this company, book a different tour!
