V A said... With the factory closed now, the display stats and story etc. ring a bit hollow. The samples you get are made in Australia and the tour guide has to try to keep to the script. Like the chocolate itself, not great on quality, but passes off as acceptable if you are keen. A new 'visitor' centre is behind schedule and will boast a huge retail space and promises some manufacturing demos. But will still be hollow given the lack of NZ based production. Might as well be another M&M world that spring up in tourist trap locations without any context.
