Unable to use voucher

Karen said... My 80+ year old mum forgot her vaccine pass so we were unable to stay. Mum is finding this covid world a challenge and left feeling awful that she couldn't go out with us prior to seeing her grand daughter perform in her Christmas show. Staff tried to help but this only put pressure on mum who couldn't recall passwords. Appreciate this isn't due to Dish but disppointing we couldn't even use it towards a takeaway. Unfortunately don't feel like returning even if the food is good????
