Horrible customer service

Rory said... Don't arrive after 3pm unless you want to be made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Got rushed through min 45mins and then half an hour before close everything had finished. Asked a staff member if there was more to experience at the antarctic centre and she was very rude and basically said there is nothing left to do and they close at 430. It was 4pm. Went out for a nice afternoon and left with a sour taste in our mouths.
