    Atul Tripathi said... We were in Tekapo for three nights and booked the Alpine stargazing tour for our second night there. It got canceled due to bad weather and full refund given. The following evening weather was starting to look up better but turned for worse couple of hours before our scheduled time at 1:30 am. The team was extremely proactive and offered to take us a) free cancellation or rescheduling OR b) taking our chances by going ahead with the tour but offering full refund if views were not good. Unfortunately the views were not great but our guide shared great insights about astronomy and the area. We came back early a bit disappointed with “our stars” but elated with the service level from the team. Cancellation and full refund email followed shortly… Thanks!!
