No show, no contact, no refund, no way ...

Glenn Edwards said... Waited at designated spot for 1 hour, shuttle didn't arrive. Left 2 messages on voicemail. Got response about an hour later after I had given up. No reason given and told they would come back with options. No further contact. I advised next day I would arrange an alternative and wanted a refund. Still no further contact for a week and no refund received. Very disappointed. Not sure if you can give zero stars but that is all this is worth.
