Staff is not really friendly and tries to sell you everything for half an hour straight. Diving was also not the best experience due to the instructor. Way too many people (160+) and unfunny jokes from a wannabe comedian asian worker running around the boat to annoy the customers. Really really disappointing and expensive for what you get so book a smaller, cheaper and better experience with someone else that is not like „hey we have the biggest and coolest and most luxurious superyacht in the entire Great Barrier Reef“ and then at the end of the trip „yeah it is a big boat but still locally run so please make advertisement for us🤡“
