Incorrect check-in instructions

Annie Esmonde said... Incorrect check-in instructions resulted in the boat leaving without us, meaning we had to re-book for the 11am ferry and spend 3 hours at the overpriced blue marlin bistro. Extremely disappointing experience that could have been avoided. Staff at the boat and office had no communication with each other and were very unsympathetic. Would not book with this ferry again.
