Stuart said... We have given this trip 4 stars but only due to the fantastic tour guide we had named Mario, he was informative, knowledgable and kept our small group of 6 well informed. The bus however was old and if it was full with the 12 people I think it would have been quite warm inside. One huge negative with Trek North the operators of this tour is their lack of communication to the point it was non- existent. No confirmation email, no email to advise us of the pick up details received, no pick up time confirmed. Once making the booking through Bookme, our money was taken and no further contact was made to us, until Mario turned up on the day of our tour. Our knight in shining armour, thank you Mario
