    vicki said... We had a great day. There were a few challenges such as older participants slowing down the group, and people that were late to the bus, but Geoff kept his good humour and tailored the day to make it enjoyable for everyone. He gave us a very informative tour of this beautiful area and we were even lucky enough to spot a cassowary in the wild. I think he did very well as the majority of the time is spent on the bus and we were able to listen to a lot of history and facts about the area. He is obviously very passionate about the area and loves his job. The wildlife park was great, I was initially a bit non excited about another wildlife park, but this one was nice and compact and even as Australian seniors with a lot of zoo visits in our past we did enjoy this one. The lunch was the best I have ever had on a daytrip anywhere. The Daintree river cruise was interesting and we did see a couple of crocs. The scenery was really beautiful and we enjoyed just sitting back and not having to drive. Good value and fun day
