Experience a full day on the magnificent Great Barrier Reef with the crew aboard SeaQuest, departing from Cairns. Enjoy snorkelling at two distinct locations on the reef, where you'll discover the vibrant marine life and stunning coral formations. Before you begin, our experienced team will provide a comprehensive briefing on how to use the snorkelling gear, which is fully provided, including wetsuits or stinger suits. Prescription masks are also available upon request.
With access to 17 exclusive moorings on the Outer Great Barrier Reef at Norman, Saxon, and Hastings reefs, we carefully select the best locations each day to ensure optimal conditions and minimal environmental impact. During the day, we will make a brief stop at our liveaboard vessel, OceanQuest, to transfer overnight guests.
Our snorkelling sites are teeming with marine life, generally including tropical and pelagic fish, rays, turtles, friendly sharks, and the beloved Maori Wrasse. For those interested in scuba diving, we offer both introductory and certified dives on board, however, are subject to availability.

Check in: 8am from ‘C’ finger, Cairns Marlin Marina
Departs from: 'C' Finger, Cairns Marlin Marina
Arrives back in marina approx: 4:30pm
- 8am - Check in at the boat - Cairns Marlin Marina, C-Finger
- 10.30am - Commence first snorkel location
- 12pm - Tropical buffet lunch
- 1pm - Second snorkel location
- 2.30pm - Stop off at live-aboard vessel, OceanQuest, to transfer our passengers who are staying aboard this multi day vessel
- 3pm - Start making our journey back to Cairns
- 4.30pm - Arrive back at Marlin Marina, Cairns

Astonishing views
Amazing trip and amazing scuba diving experience. Great for newbies - they can feel safe under the guard of well trained instructors.

Best Barrier Reef daytrip
I did another reef daytrip via bookme which was slightly cheaper but in comparison this trip with Divers Den was just better all round. The staff were great, the boat and equipment were better and the reef sites visited were amazing. Would highly recommend tbis

Great experience!!!!
Great experience!!! The crew was really nice, and the experience offered was incredible. We book the trip the day before, and we had no problem with the confirmation email. The boat offered all the stuff needed for snorkeling and also coffee and meal was offered the entire day. Good experience!

Croisière bien organisée
Mieux que ce que j'attendais de ce genre de tours. Nous étions environ 60 mais pas serrés. Equipe très sympa, très bien organisée dès le départ. Matériel prêté de bonne qualité : combinaison, masque, tuba, palmes. Bon buffet, et ambiance calme sur le bateau et fun en même temps. Malgré le temps un peu agité nous avons vu des choses magnifiques sous l'eau, dont une grosse tortue.
