On this epic tour you'll enjoy up to 6.5 hours to explore Fitzroy Island with a scenic 45 minute ferry ride there and back.
We depart from Cairns at 8:30am and arrive at Fitzroy around 9.15am, then departing Fitzroy Island by 4:00pm and arriving in Cairns approx. 4.45pm, giving you plenty of time to soak in the island's natural beauty including its vibrant marine life and stunning coral. Plus, there are optional extras to enhance your experience.
Purchasing this ticket will give you the return transfer Fitzroy Island on our Fitzroy Ferry. These are some of the experiences you can book directly with Fitzroy Island Adventures:

Fantastic trip
Fantastic trip - hired snorkel gear from the boat. There was an option to have a guided tour we chose to do our own thing. We snorkeled both ends of the island and had time for a quick bush walk - highly recommend for affordable day out

Great island, not so great ferry
Fitzroy island is amazing, not very impressed by the ferry itself tough. We got our tickets at almost 50% off and it still seemed expensive. We were 15 minutes late to the island and were told to be at the pier 15:45 but had to stand there and wait for half an hour before we could board. We asked staff when we were expecting to reach Cairns and got no answer. Boat arrived half an hour late to Cairns with no comment or apology for the delay
