Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate hearing the pros and cons. Glad to hear you enjoyed all the gorgeous waterfalls and sites! - The Barefoot Tours Team
Great day with Patty. She was relaxed and chilled and explained lots about the animals and plants. Swimming destinations were great and lunch was brilliant too! The Tim Tam biscuits were the best of all! Thanks for a great day.
the waterfalls were spectacular ,great to swim and very refreshing . The driver /guide was pleasant and approachable and the lunch was very good ,well presented and delicious , -a very worthwhile activity
I've been on ma y tours but this one was special. Our tour guide patty, was so kind even when I got 5 minutes late to arrive at the pickup point, we went to the main places of interest and unlike most tours thus was very relaxing and self paced. We could go out of schedule unlike other tours. We didn't rush, and patty made sure we enjoyed every destination we went. She worked so hard and the lunch, and the tea was so filling. Other tours usually give you something light.
Woohoo! π Thanks a bunch for the awesome review! π Patty, our super sweet tour guide, totally gets it β holidays are meant to be relaxing and fun! ποΈ No rushing around here, just pure enjoyment and good vibes. And we totally agree, hearty lunches and filling tea are the way to go! ππ© So glad you had a special time with us. Can't wait to see you on more amazing adventures! π - Chelsea @ Barefoot Tours
We enjoyed the tour a lot! There was lots to see and scenery was amazing . The tour guide was engaging and personable. My only suggestion for the Barefoot company is to improve their lunch food offerings: maybe to have more vegan/vegetarian options, lime gourmet pies and multigrain bread etc. It could be preordered and picked up from o e if the bakeries in Cairns on the same day.

An amazing day with Dom (minus the meals provided)
What a blast! From the first good morning to the final goodbye, Dom was full of warmth, enthusiasm and joy. We did 4 waterfalls, 2 lookouts, a crater lake, fantastic views, some challenging hikes and a day of easy fun had by the 14 of us on board the bus. He drove well, fast enough without being reckless at all. Meals are pretty bare essentials namely the DIY sandwich lunch and biscuits/lamingtons morning tea. It made the tour feel lacking in value/care; considering we had hot chicken, 3 full on salads, cheese platter, fruits and wine on a Reef trip the day before (on a boat in open sea!), for less money than this tour! It was an 11 hour trip! Good we came prepared with our own crackers, cheese and olive dips. Atherton tablelands is stunning naturally anyway and this tour gave us an eyeful of some amazing scenes. All kudos to Dom... he was the real value here!
