No communication, experience was shocking

Kim said... Two days prior to experience received an email confirming booking and advising would make contact 24 hours prior to confirm time. No contact was made. Arrived in Brisbane and attempted many times to make contact via phone without success. Attempted contact via email too. I even went to the meeting place which is just a meeting place, no office. Waited and waited for some contact. 3pm received an email, cancelled due to bad weather, WTF, the weather was fine. We walked Southbank all day. No rain. Very unprofessional, emails highlight that don't care about peoples holiday. We had to stay close to the location just in case as they were not going to refund money if we didn't turn up. Ruined the day for us, if we could have been able to make contact all this could have been avoided. My advise.....Stay away
