I booked and paid for this tour a week in advance only to then receive an email a few days later to tell me the tour had been cancelled due to a lack of numbers. Unfortunately I was on cruise ship at the time and didn't receive it until I got to my destination. I replied to the email confirming their alternate date only to then receive another email saying that date was now full. All other dates weren't applicable as I was only in Sydney for a few days. Disappointed that it seemed their financial bottom line was more important to them than customer satisfaction.
